90-minute group sessions on Google Meet with intuitive coaching, guided practices, and space for reflection.
Spiritual Integration Tools
Each week includes a blend of guided meditations, intuitive journaling prompts, and practical tools you can practice and use between sessions.

All sessions are live on Google Meet. Replays will be available if you miss one.

Nope. You just need to be open, honest, and ready for your next shift.

Replays will be sent after each live session so you can watch them before the next live session. You’ll still receive all the tools and prompts.

This is a group container — but space is held for individual questions, shares, and intuitive reflections each week. If you need more support than that you can book a private session with me.

When 3 or more have joined the waitlist we begin. Once the magic number of 3 has been reached, I will reach out you with details such as start dates, payment options, and other information.
