  I know my limits. If I don’t know something, I’ll say so. I continue to learn, train, and refine my practice.

• Client Empowerment
  You are the ultimate authority in your life. I will never override your free will. My role is to support you in hearing your own soul’s wisdom more clearly.

• Sensitivity to Client Needs
  Sessions move at your pace. You may pause or stop at any time. I create a safe, compassionate space free of judgment.

• Confidentiality
  What you share stays private, with rare exceptions (outlined in my Services Agreement) for safety and legal reasons.

• Respect for All Beings
  Whether human or animal, I honor every soul’s dignity, voice, and unique path.

Boundaries I Honor

Clear boundaries protect both of us and keep our work sacred:

• I will not read for others without their explicit consent.

• I do not predict death, diagnose illness, or guarantee outcomes.

• My work complements, but does not replace, medical, psychological, legal, or financial care.

• I do not provide emergency or crisis intervention.

• All session materials and recordings remain the intellectual property of Serenity Intuitive.
